Jon is an experienced History and Politics teacher with over two decades of classroom experience. Specialising in A-Level Politics, he combines extensive classroom expertise with examiner insight to help students understand not only the content they need to know, but also exactly how to apply it effectively in exams.

Jon began his teaching career in Clacton, Essex, where he quickly discovered a passion for helping students engage with learning and fulfil their potential.

He went on to join one of the highest-performing schools in the country, where he has now taught for 17 years and developed a particular specialism in A-Level Politics. The school was recently named the best state secondary school in the UK, reflecting the exceptionally high academic standards and culture of excellence that have shaped much of Jon’s teaching career.
