Teaching & Mentoring Style
Ishmam believes that the strongest understanding comes from seeing how different areas of a subject fit together. Rather than viewing topics in isolation, he helps students make links across the course, creating a more complete and lasting understanding of the material.
His teaching style is highly focused and targeted. He works closely with students to identify specific weaknesses and then creates structured practice opportunities designed to turn those weaknesses into strengths.
Alongside developing subject knowledge, Ishmam places a strong emphasis on helping students understand how to approach exam questions effectively and maximise the marks available.
